On May 8th, Ms. Ye Zhili, Secretary of the Ningbo Haishu District Party Committee, led a delegation to Ningshing Holdings. They aimed to understand the development of the company's foreign trade business amid the China-U.S. trade war and to hear relevant suggestions. Mr. Wu Yigang, Chairman of Ningshing Holdings, Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary, Ms. Yang Xiaojun, Vice President, and Mr. Zhang Lei, General Manager of Ningshing Trading Group, warmly welcomed the delegation.
Chairman Wu Yigang provided an overview of the Ningshing's operations, including its trade with the United States, integration of trade, industry, and research, and the development of overseas production bases. He also offered suggestions on tax policies and financial support in the current challenging economic climate. Mr. Zhang Lei, reported on the current state of the company's U.S.-related foreign trade business, its countermeasures, and future development trends. He also made recommendations on entrepot trade support, market entity protection, and enterprise information exchange.
Secretary Ye Zhili acknowledged the severe and complex international economic and trade environment, which poses many challenges for foreign trade enterprises. She emphasized that the district committee and government would play a active role in optimizing the business environment and strengthening platform construction.
