On the eve of Youth Day, to inspire young employees and foster a spirit of continuous improvement, Ningshing Holding's Youth League organized a visit for 40 young employees to Haitian Group in Beilun, Ningbo, on April 29th. The visit aimed to learn from advanced intelligent manufacturing practices and ignite the employees' passion for innovation.

The first stop was Haitian Zhisheng Metal, a subsidiary of Haitian Group. where participants observed large and super-large aluminum alloy die-casting equipment. Senior Engineer Li provided a detailed explanation of the equipment's structure, core technology, and applications. The technical director of the magnesium alloy die-casting project highlighted breakthroughs in localization. Haitian's magnesium alloy die-casting machines have overcome key challenges, breaking Japan's technological monopoly and achieving a 40% global market share.

Next, the group visited the Digital Experience Center at Haitian Group's headquarters. Through dynamic digital displays, the young employees learned about Haitian's development journey, its six major industrial sectors, industrial applications, smart connectivity initiatives, and corporate culture. They gained a deep understanding of Haitian's focus and innovation, tracing its evolution from a machinery factory in 1966 to a global equipment manufacturing leader.

After the visit, the young employees engaged in an interactive session with the Youth League Committee of Haitian Group. This activity not only offered Ningshing’s young staff a chance to learn from an industry leader but also built a bridge for exchanges between the youth leagues of both companies.
