Ningshing and China General Technology (Italian Company) held strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Tianning Mansion on April 20, 2017. Both parties would bring out deeper strategic cooperation in the field of cross-border e-commerce. Mr.Zhang Yan, the vice secretary-general of Ningbo Municipal Government, attended the ceremony and gave a speech. The people invited to attend the ceremony included Mrs.Xia Qun, the deputy director of Ningbo FTZ Administrative Committee, and Mr.Qiu Hailong, the vice general manager of Ningbo FTZ Market Development Corporation.
The signing ceremony was hosted by Mrs. Gao Ping, the vice chairman of Ningshing Holdings. The representatives of both parties, Mr.Wu Yigang, the chairman of Ningshing and Mrs.Gu Jin, the assistance of general manager from operation and management headquarter of China General Technology, gave a speech respectively.
Mr.Wu Yigang emphasized that cross-border e-commerce was the new engine of foreign trade and consumption upgrading. The strategic cooperation between Ningshing and the Italy Company of China General Technology would help to produce an advantage of both parties’ resource and superiority, and cooperate multidimensionally in the field of cross-border import & export market, cross-border overseas warehousing and supply chain. Mrs.Gu Jin expressed the thanks to the strong support of Ningbo municipal authority, and she thought it would be an optimistic trial of stated-owned enterprise’s trade transformation, under the platform of Ningshing, both parties would deepen cooperation area, extend cooperation effect, and reach a better development. Mrs.Xia Qun, the deputy director of Ningbo FTZ Administrative Committee, spoke highly of the cooperation between the two companies, and wished both companies would benefit from the cooperation. Mr.Zhang Yan, the vice secretary-general of Ningbo Municipal Government, stated that Ningbo Municipal Government appreciated and supported the development of cross-border e-commerce, and wished that the cooperation between the two companies would explore a new successful mode, and that related departments of Ningbo government would offer supportive measures if possible.
At last, Mr.Huang Yongzeng, the vice chairman of Ningshing and also the general manager of Ningshing Trading Group, and Mr.Zhu Zhenmin, the general manager of the Italy Company of China General Technology, as the representatives from both sides, signed the strategic cooperation agreement.
China General Technology is an important state-owned enterprise being directly managed by center authority. In China, it is also the largest import service provider of advanced technology and equipment, the largest import & export trader of light industrial products and medical health care, the largest distributor and service provider of mobile communication terminal products. The Italy Company of China General Technology was the company’s directly affiliated overseas enterprise. With a 30-year’s history of foreign development, it had abundant foreign resource and professional experience in the area of trade, investment and service.
