On March 19th, Mr. Li Bin, Director and Party Secretary of Ningbo Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, together with Ms. Wang Jiaoli, Party Secretary of Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Sciences, visited Ningshing Holdings. Mr. Wu Yigang, Chairman of Ningshing Holdings, and Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary, received them.

The visit focused on the Ministry-level Key Laboratory of Planting-Breeding Circular Ecological Agricultural Technology, jointly established by Ningshing Holdings, Ningbo University and Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Using an “Enterprise-led, University-guided, Research institute-supported” model, the lab targeted circular agricultural, grain conservation, and low-carbon development.

During the discussions, Chairman Wu Yigang expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Bureau and the Academy for their steadfast support. He emphasized that the Ministry-level Key Laboratory's approval represents significant recognition of Ningshing Holdings' dedication to the real economy and smart agriculture. Ningshing Holdings will leverage this platform to accelerate the implementation of key projects, fully integrate academic and research resources from Ningbo University and the Ningbo Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and drive the large-scale industrial application of technological achievements through its robust industrial foundation and extensive market networks. He also expressed hope for full support and professional guidance from Ningbo Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau in project application, policy support and resource coordination.

Director Li Bin highly commended Ningshing Holdings for its long-standing contributions to the local economic development. He pointed out that as one of only five ministry-level key agricultural laboratories in Ningbo, this platform possessed distinctive advantages and a solid research foundation. Director Li encouraged the company to fully harness its leading role and the synergistic power of industry-university-research collaboration, actively aligning with national, provincial, and municipal agricultural development strategies. He reaffirmed that the Ningbo Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau will wholeheartedly support key project applications and work closely with Ningbo  Academy of Agricultural Sciences to provide robust policy coordination and professional application guidance, jointly propelling the laboratory toward becoming a world-class agricultural science and technology innovation platform with national influence.
