On March 13th, Ningshing Holdings organized a themed study tour and spring outing for more than 200 female employees in celebration of the 116th International Women’s Day. The activity, entitled “Spring Outing at West Lake, Learning from Industry Leaders”, integrated festive greetings with professional learning and exchange.

In the morning, the group visited Prince Bay Park by West Lake, appreciating the vibrant spring scenery and taking photos amid blooming tulips. In the afternoon, they toured Wensli Group’s Silk Art Museum, Ms. Shen Aiqin Memorial Hall and Corporate Culture Museum, gaining a deep understanding of the enterprise’s brand heritage, entrepreneurial spirit and innovative practices in the silk industry.

Ms. Tu Hongyan, Chairman of Wensli Group, delivered a keynote speech on the latest national policy trends, cultural inheritance, technological innovation and future industrial layout. During the interactive session, the participants held in-depth discussions on core topics including brand competitiveness, AI empowerment and industrial transformation.

 Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, presented a calligraphy work inscribed with Silk Weaves Wonders, Intelligence Leads the Future to Wensli Group as a token of respect. In return, Ms. Tu Hongyan presented skincare gifts to all female participants.
