On January 30th, Ningshing Holdings held its 2025 Annual Summary Commendation Ceremony as well as the New Year Celebration Gala at Nanyuan Hotel in Ningbo. Nearly 1,000 employees from the headquarters, subsidiaries and regional representatives participated in the activity.

Chairman Wu Yigang delivered the annual work report, summarizing the company's achievements in 2025. He emphasized that in 2026, the company should focus on six key priorities: optimizing structure, expanding markets, advancing R&D, promoting cooperation, refining management, and strengthening the workforce. The company should stay focused on value creation, stimulate organizational vitality, and ensure the full achievement of strategic objectives. He also urged all management teams to take on responsibilities courageously, uphold learning and innovation, set strong examples, and lead their teams to forge ahead.

The annual summary commendation conference was presided over by Vice Chairman Gao Ping. 

Mr. Huang Yongzeng, Executive Director & Vice President of Ningshing Holdings, declared the commendation decision. 

The meeting commended the advanced collectives and individuals who made excellent achievements in 2025.

At the conference, managers from each subsidiary reported positively on their objectives for 2025. They pledged to keep working hard, innovate and contribute to the company’s growth. Four advanced representatives, including Mr. Dai Lei, Mr. Yu Baosheng, Mr. Chen Fangyong and Mr. Lin Xiao, shared their views on staying committed to their roles and striving for even greater accomplishments.

A splendid New Year variety show and a festive gala dinner were held after the summary and commendation meeting.
