On June 11, Ningshing Holdings and the Ningbo Finance &Trade Union jointly held the themed reading activity at the Music Hall of Ningbo Wuyi Square, attracting nearly 60 participants from both sides.

Ms. Zhang Ye, Chairman of Ningbo Finance & Trade Union, emphasized the union’s ongoing efforts to enrich employees’ spiritual and cultural lives. She hoped everyone to develop a lifelong reading habit and make reading a constant pursuit in daily life.

Ms. Gao Ping, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union of Ningshing Holdings, extended gratitude to the union for its strong support. She noted that the enterprise has long been committed to developing a learning-oriented corporate culture by carrying out regular reading and sharing sessions.

The event featured an insightful lecture on A Dream of Red Mansions delivered by Mr. Lu Huanqing, Director of the Redology Society. He guided the audience to appreciate the classic work’s profound literary value and philosophical depth. Following the lecture, 14 representatives from institutions including Sinopec, Bank of China, and Bank of Communications shared selected excerpts and personal reflections in a vibrant exchange session.

The activity created a rich scholarly atmosphere. Many attendees said they had benefited greatly from the sharing and gained plenty of spiritual inspiration.
