To help new employees fully grasp corporate culture and rapidly integrate into the team, Ningshing Holdings launched its 2026 new employee orientation program. Split into two sessions in Ningbo and at Zhoushan Ningshing Shipbuilding, the training attracted a total of 130 new staff from the Group’s various subsidiaries.

The Ningbo session took place on September 22 at Teckon Hotel Ningbo. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, delivered the opening lecture. She reviewed the Group’s over 30 years of development journey, illustrated the professional layout and development of its business sectors, interpreted the connotation and practical essence of Ningshing’s corporate culture, and encouraged new employees to stay dedicated to their posts and grow alongside the enterprise. Three outstanding senior employee representatives from different business segments shared their personal growth experiences at Ningshing. Meanwhile, the Administration Department provided a detailed interpretation of the Employee Manual and the Group’s internal rules and regulations. A professional competency training course was arranged in the afternoon to help new recruits adapt to workplace roles faster.

The training session for Zhoushan Ningshing Ship building commenced on September 29. Wang Wentong, Chairman of Zhoushan Ningshing Shipbuilding, gave a special lecture on the company’s development history and future prospects, which greatly boosted new employees’ confidence and enthusiasm for shouldering job responsibilities and forging ahead. Two senior staff representatives from the shipbuilding company shared valuable work experiences and insights drawn from their frontline practices.
